Abstract

This discussion concerns the intimate connection between the quantum phenomena and the large scale structure of the universe. Examples are given to illustrate not only how quantum theory has advanced our perception of the universe but also that the interaction with the universe may be necessary to understand how a microscopic system operates under the laws of quantum mechanics.
