Abstract
Quantum Conformal fluctuations are analyzed using the path integral approach. conformal fluctuations are introduced in a classical Robertson-Walkar universe with a massless scalar filed as a source. It is shown that the Conformal fluctuations diverge at the classical singularity. However the effective metric still retains the singularity. Some other aspects of introducing the scalar field in this quantum gravity model are briefly discussed.
